Janet Evans, a Liberal Democrat councillor on the Winton Ward of the Andover Town Council, is stepping down prompting a possible by-election or co-opting of a replacement.
Janet became a Member of Andover Town Council in May 2010 and is the Vice-Chairman of the Allotments Sub-Committee and Chairman of the Staffing Sub-Committee.
No reason has been given for her resignation.
