On Saturday 4th May 2013 Moores Cleaning are organizing the 2nd annual 20 mile charity walk from Naomi House Children’s Hospice to Help for Heroes at Tedworth House.
They would like to invite you to take part in this great event and help them raise as much money as possible for these two brilliant charities. All levels and abilities are catered for with various distances available:
House 2 House Walk
The full 20 mile stroll through the countryside from Naomi House to Tedworth House. After 10 miles you will be stopping for some pasta and a drink which is being very generously provided (free of charge) by The White Hart in Andover Town Centre. Then you will carry on, picking up kids and friends at Kimpton Triangle who will join you for the final 4 miles.
The Nine Miler
A shorter version which can either start or end at the White Hart in Andover where you will be very welcome to join in with the food and drink. This is ideal for those who can only spare a few hours, but would like to get involved.
The Final Four
Ideal for the kids and people that just want to be involved and have a bit of fun. The people on this walk are going to be the morale boosters for the rest of the walkers who by this stage will probably be fairly tired and in need of some encouragement.
Entry form and sponsorship forms are available from the website at www.house2house.org.uk and Moores will supply a high visibility a walking vest on the day.
The idea is to get fit, have a fun day out and raise as much money as we can. All money raised will be split equally between the two charities. The walk will start at roughly 8.00am and aim to finish by 4.30pm. On finishing a BBQ will be provided for all participants (non participants can also order for a small charge). There will also be a prize for the highest fund raiser.
This invitation is extended to everybody – the more people taking part, the more money that can be raised.
If you would like to get involved, or for more information, please take a look at the website or contact Debi White on 01264 362378 or email@example.com
Alternatively, if you do not want to participate, but would like to make a contribution, please contact Debi to find out how.
