During July, Hampshire County Council is proposing to collect up-to-date information about travel patterns as part of a programme of traffic and public transport surveys.
The County Council is collecting this information to map current travel patterns for the area, gauge traffic volumes and develop a clear picture of future transport needs. This will inform the development of a strategic transport model for north Hampshire, which in turn will help support bids for funding for transport improvements.
Survey staff will be visiting various locations in Andover and will carry ID with them at all times.
