Winton Court in Andover is being developed and will comprise of 6 apartments over a 3 storey development together with 2 bungalows, all designed to cater for the bespoke needs of its residents.
Drew Smith – who completed the developments on the old Jewson and Graham Builders Merchants sites – will be working for Enham Estates, a local disability charity supporting people in their transition towards more independent lives.
Each property on the site will be provided with full wheelchair access throughout and will achieve Code Level 4 standards.
