UKIP’s North West Hampshire branch will be holding a public meeting tomorrow evening (Thursday 5th December 2013) in the Upper Guildhall.
After the installation of a new committee last month, two of their European election candidates will speak on a variety of topics, from major issues affecting Hampshire, through national and European matters and on international trade as well.
The first candidate is Ray Finch from Havant. Originally from Liverpool, he is a county councillor and UKIP leader of the Hampshire group. Ray is familiar with the European Parliament having travelled to it many times with Nigel Farage.
The second candidate is Donna Edmunds from East Sussex. She is a Councillor on the Lewes District Council and also edits an online newspaper, UKIP Daily.
Ray and Donna are ranked 4th and 5th respectively on the UKIP list of 10 candidates for the South East England Region.
A spokesman for UKIP said, “We will be very pleased to welcome all members of the public to the meeting to hear two of our MEP Candidates speak whose election is crucial to UKIP winning more seats than any other UK party in May 2014“.
Doors are open at 7.00pm and the speakers will commence at 7:30pm.
